Standard Warranty Periods (unless otherwise stated):


Projectors: 2 years


Accessories and screens: 1 year


Proof of purchase (such as invoice, order number, or serial number) is required to claim warranty service.

2. REMEDIES

If a hardware defect is found within the warranty period, UVision Innovation Co., Ltd. will, at its discretion and in accordance with local laws, either:


Repair the product,


Replace the product, or


Refund the purchase price.

3. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

You may be required to return the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to an address provided by our service team. Proof of purchase may be requested before service is provided.


Quality-related claims: UVision will cover shipping costs.


Non-quality-related claims (e.g. customer remorse): The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.


If you purchased the product through a reseller or distributor, please contact the seller first for warranty support.

4. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Unless otherwise required by local law, this warranty does not cover:


Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., lightning, flood, fire, earthquake).


Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.


Commercial or industrial use not approved by UVision.


Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.


Damage caused by using non-UVision accessories or improper power supply.

No reseller, agent, or employee of UVision Innovation Co., Ltd. is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
