Regions and Processing Times

UVision Innovation Co., Ltd. supports shipping to most major regions in Asia, Europe, and North America. After payment is completed, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipping begins.

In certain regions, we work with local warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Depending on your location and stock availability, delivery usually takes 2–10 business days after shipment.

For products ordered during crowdfunding campaigns, pre-sales, or other special events, the fulfillment date will follow the timeline specified for that event.

Shipping Costs and Carriers

Shipments may be dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong, Europe, North America, or other regional hubs.

Regions with free shipping: Selected countries within the EU and the United States.


Regions without free shipping: Some areas including (but not limited to) Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, and parts of Asia and the Middle East.


If your address is not covered by our regional warehouses, your package will be shipped directly from Asia. Delivery times may range from 10–45 business days, depending on your location.


Please note that UVision Innovation Co., Ltd. cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page. Free shipping eligibility depends on the product, delivery country, and your specific address.


In rare cases, additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:


When local warehouse stock is unavailable and you request immediate dispatch from another region.


Carrier-imposed surcharges for remote or hard-to-reach addresses.


Significant changes in international or regional shipping conditions.


If such a situation arises, our customer service team will contact you prior to shipping so you can either accept the charges or cancel your order.


If your order is not shipped from a local warehouse, it may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Canceling or Returning Orders

You may modify or cancel your order by contacting UVision Innovation Co., Ltd. before the shipping process begins. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes, and any return costs due to customer remorse will be deducted from the refund (regardless of free shipping eligibility).


If you cancel your order during shipment, we will attempt to intercept the delivery. If unsuccessful, you may refuse the package or accept it and return it according to our customer service instructions. In all cases, the buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Out of Stock Situations

In rare cases (e.g., factory delays, logistics disruptions, or regional restrictions), products may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, orders may take up to 45 days to fulfill. You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund or wait for fulfillment, in which case we may offer compensatory solutions.

Shipping Notes

UVision Innovation Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order before shipping, with an explanation provided.


Multiple-product orders may be shipped separately from different warehouses.


If you request a shipping address change after placing an order, we may require proof of identity.


Once your order ships, we will provide tracking details so you can monitor the delivery.


Please check your package for visible damage before signing for it. If damaged or lost in transit, please report it to the carrier immediately and request compensation. We will support you throughout the process.
